So, the swim season is pretty much over for me. I can’t get over the fact that I do need to work out but gym seems a bit too regimented and claustrophobic for me. While I understand the need to lift weights to sculpt your body but I am just having a hard time to be told what to do and to do it like everybody else. Can I just do it my own way ?
After just one day at a gym, I decided to do an outdoor run, picked my route and my song list.
