As the temperature goes down and the day gets shorter in the Pacific Northwest, a coat is becoming a necessity and let the fun begin.
Picking out the proper coat to warm you up yet fashionable might be a bit of a challenge but my advice is pick a coat with an excellent fit to your body and a perfect length which is right below your knee and you will walk the streets looking sexy and fashionable.
My number one choice would be a trench coat in navy blue as a classic choice. See my article here. Second, a coat with a touch of animal print is playful but if you can choose the right style it will bring the chic sophistication and elegance as well.
Animal print is introduced in 1940’s by pin up model Bettie Page then in 1950’s Christian Dior’s muse Mitzah Bricard made it well known to public.
And amazing that the style is still exist until today expanded to quite a selection like cheetah print, leopard print, tiger print, zebra print, spotted hyena, striped hyena, African wild dog and giraffe.
